October wouldn't be complete without some pumpkin patch pictures, so here we go!

Saturday evening we finally made the trip to the local pumpkin patch. We were supposed to go last week with Skylar's class (her first class field trip!) but got postponed due to rain. I figured we needed some pumpkins to spruce up our Halloween decor before the end of next week! Skylar checked out all the pumpkins and picked out a totally lopsided one with no stem (I'm sure Chris will work his magic and it will be fine). Brooks broke the stems off lots of the little pie pumpkins (see picture down below - we ended up this this pumpkin, without a stem of course). Good thing my friend was working at this pumpkin patch and cut us a deal on our charlie brown pumpkins - plus they didn't kick us out for destroying the merchandise!
